If you don't like that scope thingy, you can make your cursor bigger in options. It helped me a lot.

I went from losing track of my cursor maybe once every few games to never losing track of it. Ever. These line guides work exceptionally well.

Very useful. The cursor size is way too small at 4K by default as well.

I also recommend yolomouse. It's a super lightweight overlay, so it doesn't change any game files. It let's you edit what the cursor looks like and memorizes what games are in the foreground when you make edits which are hotkeyed. I got it when I was trying to learn ktz and I haven't looked back since. I just edit the color now and then to keep it in my brains foreground. :P I'll def be using both of these though to see if it helps.

This is actually really helpful, thanks for bringing attention to it! Are you going to keep making videos now that HGC no longer exists? I find a lot of your insights and commentary extremely helpful for even as a casual player.

The problem is the cursor has the same graphical scheme as the UI and game itself. Same Gamma, same brightness on some whites, even the antialiasing f#%*$!N& changes the cursor a tad! What the hell Blizzard just make it a dull or bright green and call it a day. Extra credit if you implement the obvious ‘choose your color’ fix!
