This was a great comparison. I liked both, but I liked the L.A. Girl better because once blended it didn't look as red which may or may not matter with concealer on top of it. Once it was all done, I think the L.A. Girl side looked more natural. Plus, it'd be less expensive. $50 for both Fenty products 😱

Hello 👋🏾! I agree with your assessment. I will say that LA girl never looks red when I use any of my other concealers on top. Even with drugstore concealers it never looks red at all. Yeah $50 for both of those concealers 🥴. Nothing wrong with spending it if you went to though. Hi! They both look good in the end, but I'm partial to the L.A. Girl. The Fenty pumpkin showed through quite a bit prior to the second application of concealer. I'm guessing because the cheaper option is much less pigmented, and like you said, a dryer formula. Great video, thank you!

Like $4.99 and goof performance is what has me. You are right that the LA pro girl is less pigmented and not as rich in color as the Fenty pumpkin color corrector. The formulation is dryer but I like that about the LA too. It’s easy for me to build it up gradually without overdoing it.

Your technique created a flawless look, not the products! Before Fenty, everybody was on the $5 CC LA Girls, I guess everyone is jumping ship for the additional $20🤷🏾‍♀️. Honestly, I couldn’t tell the difference, so this product (Fenty CC) will not replace my current LA Girls CC. I would purchase the eye brightener, because I was impressed with that, but not the CC. I'm 52, medium-deep complexion with golden undertones and I've struggled to find a colour corrector/concealer/setting powder combo that doesn't leave my under eyes looking like crepe paper. I moisturise, moisturise, moisturise, but it doesn't seem to make much difference. I already use LA girl, like you, but can you recommend any affordable (moisturising) concealers that work well with it? Thank you.

I used to have people come up and asked me who pinched me on the eye. I think Fenty has good products, I like their lip glosses and their skin tint thus far. This corrector to me was just way overpriced for the performance I need for my deep dark circles.
