Love the declutterring and cleaning. Could you go to a salon and get it done professionally and maybe trimmed up. Just an idea, they might have something to help. I know it’s expensive but maybe just one time to get your hair healing. Good Luck

Aveeno shampoo cud help saidy. Maybe neem shampoo. U can put rubbing alcohol with water in a spray bottle to disinfect and clean the mirrors and windows. Or straight rubbing alcohol works great too.

What does your husband do for a job? How awesome that you get to stay home to be with your children, it must be nice! It’s very hard to do this with only one income now a days.

Consider cutting the hair and not dyeing it or use harsh chemicals like hair spray moose etc. it can ruin it more
