Favorite soft plastics colors as fast as flukes go is either electric shad or pro blue red. IDK if Zoom makes those colors but those are my go to colors when throwing the Googan dart.

Up here in Wisconsin in the muddy water by me they like the dark and sparkly colors. Caught a nice bass a few weeks ago on a red square bill jig. Otherwise the whites are always a sure bet!

Favorite color is usually the baby bass. Also have that in bass assassin! There's another good lure! I used to fish bass assassin and zoom flukes weightless and half the time like we fish top water frogs now. The walk the dog effect was killer! Mostly in grass and around and through lily pads. The hits were amazing! Kind of like a soft plastic wake bait.

I picked up my first baitcasting reel because you always use them I thought they looked nice instead of a spinning reel I bought a shimano bantam 100 sg it's old as hell but it does the job for learning. Thought I'd let you know a Hush Puppie was a shorter bait, but would cast a mile, and had a sick walking action. They had a light blue color one that I used to love. I still have a couple of them but they don't look like the light blue ones, they are more of a yellowish shad color, and I don't know if they changed color with time, or they were a different color to begin with. I have to try them again, they are in an old worm bag I had in the garage...Jim

I guess I would say like I like to put on natural colors or like bluegill colors if you know what I mean like watermelon and bread and all that stuff kind of the stuff that's really green not red, lol different styles though mostly worms, green pumpkin, that's another one.

Hey Logan, you should invest in some Mend-It, you can fix certain soft plastic baits with it and you could actually use it to "melt" the front of those button eye minnows together so that you have a better chunk of plastic to put your hook thru. I have been using the stuff for years and as long as the baits are made from plastisol type soft plastic, you can fix them and use them over and over again. Just make sure you don't use it on the super elastic type soft plastic baits, because it will destroy them. lol. Cool video though, I forgot all about those Button Eye Minnows, I always wanted to get some to try out. Thankfully there are still some on line to be had. Anyway, keep doing what you do. Oh and P.S. My favorite color is the one that the fish are hittin' ;)
