I have never ever commented on videos over KZbin but you actually deserve one. I've been trying to get my windows Security page back since a couple of months now. But nothing worked. I reinstalled clean windows and tried every possible solution by watching 100's of youtube videos but nothing worked. But that didnt work either??🙂 Basically when i try to open windows security it shows a black screen and it also shows the green check mark in windows security symbol but i cant access it. @@tanzTalks.tech2 I didnt have to freshly install windows. Turns out that the security health setup file inside system32 security health folder was empty, which shouldnt have been empty. Thats the reason why the windows security screen was blank and totally unaccessible. Its fixed now. but my question is shouldnt it have been detected when running sfc /scannow? becuase this file was missing?

You are not able to perform in place upgrade? If that’s the case then you will have to do a fresh install of Windows. Take a backup of all your important data and perform fresh install

I tried each of your suggestions, including the in-place update and the issue remains. Defender is clearly running but each option opens to either a blank page or Page not available etc
