It's better to shift in 1st floor not on ground as thre is no sunlight fresh air and main balconi. Your 1 relative changed from ground floor to 2nd floor in your area as washing clothes and drying was problem and fresh air also not coming.

Yes dosent make sense to come from another building to wash clothes instead shift to 1st floor and ask other family to shift to new place.. after ramadan any way they are moving or wait for 1 more month on 6th floor
