you should move the spare room bed to the corner of the room so that you have more room for the rails to all go next to each over, or even get a sofa bed for that room rather than have a bed that takes up most of the room! so then it can be your dressing room but spare room when needed!

Hello James and Carys. i love the flooring in your house, the house is coming along beautiful, if your looking for a nice rug, might i suggest a beautiful cow hide (leather hide rug) i think with the flooring that you;ve chosen, you could find a beautiful design that wont cost an arm and leg, and would '' i think'' ..look so litt in your home, and they have lots o colours and designs to choose from.(just google)!
