i just moved here from OK and i’m surprised how many skateparks you have to pay for , where are the free parks im located in central FL

honestly, the only parks I've been to that you have to pay are Orlando Skatepark, Skatepark of Tampa and the Oviedo Skatepark. everything else is free. search for Eustis Skatepark, Barnett skatepark, Winter Haven skatepark, Mulberry Skatepark, Lakeland Skatepark, and some more that I have on my channel. Yeah! I saw once that a skater went there on a BMX day and the cops tried to kick him out. I guess the BMX dudes convinced the cop to let him skate. That was pretty cool 🤘🏽

@@ToniLovesSkateboarding I honestly don’t see an issue with us doing our thang and skaters doing there’s as long as we all don’t get each other’s way. But I get it the days I can’t ride there I try to find spots to work my technique at it’s hard for bmx to find a park I’m glad I have that locally

absolutely. the left side of the park has more mellow obstacles. It just depends on how beginner you are. Its a very fun park

Florida has so many good skateparks now its ridiculous. Where were they 10 years ago when I was hitting a peak. Hoping to get down there this month and Lakeland, Bro Bowl, SPOT, and St Pete too!

I know, right!? They’re popping up in random places. Winter haven, mulberry, Eustis, all nice parks but you have to drive a bit. I hope to hit more of them this year.

Looks like a great park. I also don't like to be alone at the park due to possible emergencies. However I do like skating alone most of the time. Or maybe is just that I have no over 40 friends that skate. This is one of the areas I am looking at to retire in 5 years from now. Also winter garden. Sorry you got racked, that can definitely slow things down for a bit. But you have great weather and good a great looking park. I think it hard to get new parks in the cities because of the land and construction. In the suburbs they can build it them as they build up the areas.

Very true. Near my house there are a couple of city parks with a total of 34 tennis courts... that stuff really annoys me hahaha. I like skating with people but most my friends don’t have the same schedule I do.

I actually dont know. I did see a video on IG where officers tried to kick out a skater for being there the wrong day but the BMX guys talked the officer into letting the skater stay.

I'm really feeling that SYSB shirt. Love that greenish color. Going to be buying that one ASAP. Winter Haven tourism owes Toni some money. After seeing this video I want to head there and skate. Try the newer Indy Conical bushings. They have varying duros harder than Bones Hardcore medium. Lastly I have to check out that Stereo deck.

good stuff man! I'm from florida so i love seeing fellow floridians ripping. i need to make it to this park. My grandma lives in lakes wales which is right near winter haven and mother in law lives in orlando. Lakeland park is very fun though. Ive been there alot
