It's probably pointless but I'm already at 20 pts in demon alexia. Should I still pull or switch to shadow?

If you are in any way interested in getting demon alexia in the future go for a 30 pull then get her weapon. If you are going to use any alexia might as well go to 30 pull and get her weapon for other Alexia to use temporarily. If your answer is no for both feel free to go with Shadow then

Like the comment above said, go with Alexia. Even in terms of her kit, I think Alexia is still more worth it since she’s also cheaper to awaken. A1 Demon Alexia is already really good, while this Cid kind of needs A3 or higher.
