TBH these are some food for tought. About the "why do we have 2 of X" reasoning, there is a good reason we have 2 of some organs... Redundancy. If 1 kidney fails, we can still live on 1 kidney. if 1 of your balls dies or gets destroyed, you still have 1 more to redproduce. Breast are a bit difrent. It's more of a ease of use, as the baby can hang off the side, and can pick either 1. And in a case of twins (which is statistically quite likely in humans compared to other animals) you can feed both at the same time. Bearded Dragons (I have 1, a female) actually have 2 penises. Why? easier acces during sex (1 on each side) and in case of emergency the male can rip off it's penis to get away, and still can breed due to having a second one. Some animals actually rip of their penises on purpose to prevent other males mating with a female...

Double balls and breasts are/were needed for very simple reason- malfunction. Losing one means u have a back-up (if a mother has mastitis she can still feed her baby with the other one). And other anatomical and biochem reasons u have that symetry. And the least bad cancer is a form of skin cancer, that is limited to the epidermis and doesn't invade the derma or give metastasis.

A possible reason for the symmetry could be in case one is damaged. If you survive a sabretooth attack to the balls, but he popped your singular megaball, you could not reproduce. If you have two balls, the chance might be higher to be able to reproduce. Also, im no expert in balls, but if the surface of the balls play a role in its function, it might be more efficient to have 2 balls, because to balls with a Volume 1 cm3 each have more surface than one ball with a Volume 2 cm3

Child labour is bad but yes it is better compared to starving, the real problem here is the ownership of the factories and mines. the profits of these companies go to their shareholders which are either buisness people in their own country(which is bad and exploitative) or buisness people in western countries(which is bad and exploitative and gives them more money for future colonialism) now if the factory was owned by local communities then either the parents could afford to not have their child work in the mines(both from more income aswell as for the fact that these countries still have unemployed people and child labourers are simply cheaper) and even if the child would still have to work there to afford to live then it could be reduced away from being more than a full work week. (okay political rant over, im sorry)
