Nice shooting at 250yds. Shooting a small target with any air rifle at 250 is difficult. I regularly shoot my FX Maverick sniper at 200 and I know how difficult it is. 300 yards is even more difficult. Great stuff Rick

My last shot was with my custom (self built) 6.5 creed with 30” custom barrel and my trigger set to .80oz 1485 yard shot, he’s playing Childs games at 300 yards I could hit that with some BB guns

Man TBH this gun suck's ..why??? it will suck in my hand's because i only shoot at 30/40 yard's hunting rat's ...But in Shooter1721 hand 's it is another story.And then the gun dont suck enymore ..because he know how to use it like it is ment to be.I even cant afford this rifle but i like these clips allot .. thumb's up no doubt. keep them nice vid coming.

I totally agree, Rick! it's a hunting rifle. I'm a. 30 caliber fan, and the 30 caliber in the FX Pantera with the 700 mm barrel is pushing the same amount of energy almost, maybe more as a .35 caliber in the FXM3 Impact! Those are the numbers from FX, I myself don't own one, but it's the new wish list Item for a middle-aged dad with 2 young mouths to feed! Who knows, maybe someday! Great shooting! Thanks for sharing!

9:54 I'm not the biggest fan of that bottle / grip relationship. Looks uncomfortable and cumbersome just shooting off a bench. I'm guessing doing positional / barricade shooting might be even more awkward.

All things being equal if you're shooting 34 grain 22 cal slugs at say 950 fps on the FX impact 600 mm barrel and the FX Pantera 600 mm Barrel what would be the difference in terms of shot count? For what I've seen you can also add another 300cc bottle to the front of the gun which would improve hand holding?

FX NEEDS TO BRING BACK FULLY SUSTAINABLE SELF PUMP PCPS. BRING BACK THE FX INDY BULLPUP AND SOLVE THE LEAKING ISSUE! Im an advid backpacker and need a lightweight self contained pcp like the Indy bullpup! 😁 All wed have to do is get all major air gun channels talking about how the market needs a self contained pcp pump that can do 100 to 150 years accuracy for wilderness hunting. When everyone is talking about it companies will jump on board.

Hi Rick, You should know this. I just ordered a FX Pantera but I'm worried about the shot count and that I made a mistake. I keep hearing that the shot count is low on the Panthera. When looked at the FX spec sheet it said that with a 600 mm barrel, 22 caliber, using hybrid slugs at 900 FPS you get 80 shots. Are they telling the truth? I'm going to be shooting 32 grain, 34 grain and 36 grain Javelin Patriots. What would the shot count be with a 34 grain as an example? Mike

Your right about something not adding up. Wind not affecting a low bc projectile under any circumstance or supposide remedy is just a flat out lie. Consult any ballistics app or tool and it will immediately disprove that possibility

Probably over picky but the 50 pellet group wasn’t even good and I didn’t think the slug one was anything to write home about 🤷‍♂️

The pellet group was ok it can do better . The slug groups we shot at 50 yds were under 1/2 inch and under an inch at 100 yds I don’t think you will find better .
