I have a couple of other gadget ideas to go after the gadgets being added in in the coming weeks! Bibi: -Powergum: Bibi swallows a powerful stick of gum that adds 500 damage to her next attack. Gale: -Chilly breeze: Gale shoots a cold breeze at the nearest enemy (similar in range like Piper's first gadget, a bit shorter though), slowing them for 2.5 seconds I'm open to advice and constructive criticism 😁.

I think a cool gadget for Bibi would if she got a baseball added to her main attack. She would still swing her bat and do damage like normal, but she would also shoot out a little baseball that behaves like one of Rico's bullets, bouncing off of walls and doing a small amount of damage. It would be good for finishing people off if they start to get away (not that her super isn't already great at doing that). Your idea for a Bibi gadget is cool also (and probably easier to balance as all that would need to be changed is the added damage).

I think bibi new gadget should be an commandable expmosion with her super. When her super is thrown, you can explode it on command to slow all enemies hit in the AOE for 2 seconds

The only thing I would add would add would probably to make it's hitbox larger than Rico's shots, but then the problem is that it's just her super. Still like it, and would like to see how it would fare in tight matches.

''team fights are typhically more rare in showdown'' first of all : teaming is more common than you might think in 750 + trophy range second of all: the reason why mortis isnt good in showdown is bc he gets thirds partied too easily. You kill an enemy and if u are below half hp there is no way u have enough ammo to kill the 3rd brawler, and most times not enough to run away. I feel like bc his new gadget adds not just damage but mobility, wich does all things coiled snake does but (maybie ) better.With the addition of the extra health, withoput ecreeasing his mobility i feel like survival shovel+creepy harvest in going to be a overall better combination for mortis in showdown.All tho i might be completly wrong, you are the brawl guy after all.

95% of the time coiled snake will be better. The only mode that creepy harvest could be used in(could, not should, coiled snake is still better) is gem grab, because most gem grab maps have lots of bushes to hide in and as mort in gem you usually make your way into the enemy side of the map, so you dont always need the extra range, and you can get health from creepy harvest to acquire the gems and run away alive. Also i dont know why he said creepy harvest is better for pros, literally any pro mort uses coiled snake because its by far the better star power.

I thought for a rework for creepy harvest: Mortis heals 1400 health and reloads 2(or 1) ammo when he kills an enemy. This would make mortis be able to make some epic plays with double or triple kill

You dont necessary need coiled snake to play well with mortis, and creepy harvest was meant for pros. The problem now is that even pros prefer coiled snake over creepy harvest so i thought of this rework.

Something weird I discovered is when you do the Darryl Rolling reload starpower glitch with mortis, which lets mortis reloads quicker, mortis also becomes red. 🤔

I got r30 with Coiled Snake and the spinner gadget in showdown. I would not say that it’s for new players. The added burst damage is great for taking down brawlers. But the reload one is better in other modes I’d say.

Kairos, here's my prediction about Surge's 2nd Star Power. I guess that one of these two ideas are going to be his second SP based on a few things. 1st Idea: Refreshing Energizer When Surge dies, he doesn't lose all his stages. Instead, if he has reached the Movement Speed Stage, he's going to respawn at that stage permanently (only if he reaches that stage before dying). Reasons: In many game modes it's a bit difficult for Surge to get into Stage 4 and maintain it. That's why I think this one may help Surge Players be a little bit more useful in the match. 2nd Idea: To the Max and Beyond Surge gains a 5th Stage that allows him to: a) Charge a bar (6 sec.) that will make his next basic attack more powerful. b) A 4th basic attack slot (just like Brock's). Reasons: Surge has a unique gameplay that allows him to upgrade himself with his super. That's why I think they should exploit that hability by creating another Stage for those who have reached lvl 9/10 with him. I'm not to sure about what upgrade could he have. That's why I speculated a little bit based upon his weaknesses (low recharge speed, low dmg). While I think the second one would be awesome and perfect for him (and for Supercell, as they exploit a bit more one unique hability of a brawler), I think that the most realistic one is the first and the one who has more chances to be in-game. What do you think, Kairos? And what about the BS community? What do you think? PS: Sorry if I've made any grammar mistake :P

Bro , use combo spinner in 3 vs 3 game mode, and the reload gadget in showdown as when you get more powercubes, you get to do more damage, # simple, when mortis collect powercubes, the damage per shovel is not increased when you collect powercubes, but the 2nd gadget is useful here

I think Survival Shovel is going to completely replace Combo Spinner. If you activate Survival Shovel before bursting Mortis' attacks you will basically have an extra shot reloaded after doing such and so it is essentially a combo spinner that can charge your super and continue to speed up your reload after that.

I prefer combo spinner because its useful for defending the ball in brawl ball when they try to go in with the ball and they're oneshot, for killing enemies that go around walls so using the normal dash is a risk,and because in triple or double, I often go without thinking about gadgets, and if I find myself with the enemy oneshot I use them, very useful even if you are in the middle of 2 people

Dear Kairos, although the gadgets ranking were correct in most of the competitive scene where people don't clump up as much. Combo spinner can still offer great value in game modes like BB where the enemies tend to clump up while defending their goal because of combo spinner great ability to deal AOE in an instant.

Just saying, Nani’s race test time should technically be 0.5 seconds. The timer starts the moment the brawler moves away from the wall. Because Nani only moves when she activates her teleport (and she doesn’t move because she’s simply controlling peep, and Peep is only a projectile.). Therefore, Nani still beats Mortis by 6 seconds.

I had an completly different idea for Mortis' Gadget: His next attack basicly would work like a combination of his basic attack and his super. He would be able to attack through a wall and would be invincible for the time of his attack. The animation would be the one of his super, the range would be about as long as his basic attack.

One thing you forgot to mention about the new gadged: the fact that you are going to use more main attacks means that you are going to use your super much more often, and so doing more damage and having more health at thse same time, than with combo spinner. If mortis was ever gonna have a buff i always thought that it should be that combo spinner charges the super as a main attack; this new gadget is basically the embodiment of that

I think that this gadget will be better than the other one becuase of his ability to beat other Mortis' and to teamwipe easier. I do also agree that it could be harder to use for some. Also coiled snake is a more all-around star power that just helps, however sometimes I find myself not attacking to move becuase I want to save up that bar so yeah. Also its a better starpower on maps like Dark Passage at mid and endgame.

I have an idea for surges second star power: When surge uses his super when he is already at max level, he regenerates 2000 health. I feel like this would improve his close range interactions and his survivability. This star power will bring a benefit against both of his weaknesses.

Survival shovel is better with creepy harvest since you can use that extra amo to get close which is what Coiled Snake does. Soooooo... Creepy Harvest is the better star power now with the release of the Survival shovel gadget.

I prefer the Combo Spinner to Shovel Survival because I only have to press one button with the original gadget to do an extra attack, but I have to press the gadget button _and_ the attack button to do another attack with Survival Shovel. Basically the first gadget gives me less to think about. You can damage surrounding enemies easier with Combo Spinner too. Also, Buff Mortis!

Kairos it makes sense why Mortis is red when his gadget is active because if you think about it Darryl turns red when he uses his super Rolling Reload. So Mortis and Darryl turn red when reloading there ammo faster

I just thought of a brawler that could maybe have a spirit-thingy that doesn’t deal too much damage that you can control freely, but you have only one ammo. The spirit can move everywhere, but the brawler is immobile. Idk just thought it would be interesting

Brawler concept: I have no clue if somebody had a similar concept but I haven't seen anything like it. Damage numbers of course aren't final that's decide by supercell. Like this if you would like Kairos to see for it to possibly be in the game. Brawlers Super- A Mech that they can get in and out of freely this mech has a homing Missile attack and a speed of slow or super slow and would be on the heavier side of attack damage his reload speed would also be slow. Regular Attack for non-mech mode- would we a close range punch dealing little damage around the same damage as Penny's attack it would be a fast reload speed. Star Power- Mecha when defeated or brought down to 0 health will explode on impact dealing a total of 2,000 damage. Star Power- speed of the brawler in the Mech suit would be boosted to a fast or very fast movement speed under half of the Mechs health

As a Mortis player who unlocked creepy harvest 1st. I feel like coiled snake is more skilled cuz u have to reload the snake shot where as harvest gets u get more uses when u grab kills. Tho coiled makes approaching a kill easier, but ur screwed if someone else is w who ever u killed

I think shovel gadget should have some damage reduction also. You will go agro against tanks while using the gadget and against tanks one might get easily killed and gadget goes in waste and against other brawlers mortis kills the brawlers pretty much without the gadget. So I think there should be some dmg reduction for shovel gadget to help mortis go agro on tanks
