Ok it is hard to say how impressive this is. Not only from the layout, and the creativity of the buildings and the and the many scenes presented, but the video being shot from the track bed and taking the viewer through the layout using that perspective is genius.

hello Peter. Thank you for your comments. This is loosely modeled on the Englewood logging railroad, which, sadly, ceased opperation two years ago.The logging opperation was about 80 km long and ran from Beaver Cove south west to Vernon Lake on the northern part of Vancouver Island, Canada.Al Mason, Vancouver Island, Canada

tracks are d.c. powered with 18 or 24 volt. each cab has a radio receiver and all are controlled by the same programmable transmitter ( have had seven locos running at the same time).my boats ( all scale 1/35 full function) are on other videos on this channel

I really, really enjoyed the peaceful train ride, through your "Train Yard". (Pun intended). I didn't have to wait in line and you even let me sit on the front bumper of the Locomotive. And there was enough room for the friends that took the sight seeing trip with me. ( I would like to have seen a red caboose occationally.) I caught you sharing the "secret of your success" it was, PRIORTIZE! I'll bet you haven't spent thousands of dollars on computers and games, or thousands of hours playing them inside a stuffy, closed up house in order to impress others like minded investors. Or thousands of days watching thousans of hours movies or tv. So What do you have to show for your thousands in imvestments $ & Days & Hrs.? WHAT? You have hours in the fresh air, exersizing up and down, day after day. You have A Fantastic, Beautiful Train Ride, you have blessed viewer with, since the day you put it up for the world to see. You put psychiatrist out of bussiness with the tranquil vists. You have made it available for THOUSANDS of visitors to experience Day or Night, Rain or Shine 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Thank You so much for your investment of money, past hours, and even the dailey time needed for upkeep and especially these video projects you have so unselfishly posted for thousands to view. And as Gomer Pile would say "Thank Ya!, Thank Ya!, Thank Ya!"
