The squad it´s BR1 but is playing at BR2 got uptiered to BR3, i don´t know what the fuck kind of title is that, also depending on the BR of your game you will have acess to different weapons and loadouts, so if he was indeed playing it in a BR1 lobby he would not have acess to BR-3 stuff.

The way the crate for para troops work is BR III if you are under or at BR III and BRV if you are under BRV but over BRIII but its better than before, the soviet wvent event paratroops could get BRV in BRI or you changed their main weapon

Better question is, why the same BR3 crate Soviet gets German Panzerfaust 60 and German only get GrB-39. And why Soviet gets Panzerfaust 100 on BR5 crate but German gets Panzerfaust 60.
