I would say probably 1988 or early 1989. They talk about establishing new coal fields on the East River- which would be Westray. They also talk about the success of the railways, so I would imagine it would be before they were cut in late 1989.

@@svgm7469weird!! its suppose to be one of the deepest rivers in Canada. They dug it deeper during ww2 to get the ships in and out because it was too shallow.

@@svgm7469 the huge on eastlink digital cable box i watched a on demand show about Trenton. Thats how i learned it. They had huge war ships going in and out. On wikipidia all it says is " During World War II, management of the complex was taken over by the federal government for producing naval gun mounts as well as artillery and naval shells, just as it had done during World War I"
