A much simpler & less dangerous method exists, by using Baking Soda and Super Glue drops & sprinkle more Baking Soda on top... you can repeat until you're happy with the results... using this simple method to repair Plastics or steel or wood is perfect ❤ It sets hard as concrete, can be filed to a smooth finish. If you want a dark finish, mix some ash or pencil lead in with the baking soda & apply as usual. Finally, painting the finish to match the rest of the item also gives a cool, professional finished look.

@sakalici2 very doubtful since baking soda & super glue are incredibly cheap from stores. And best of all, it depends on the size of each repair that needs one or two teaspoons of Baking Soda, plus 1 or 2 drops of super glue... which is smoothed out to repair the problem area... This sets rock hard as concrete. No dangerous method exists whereby the flaming fire is used to melt glue sticks. Practical research is a benefit to raise awareness of this situation.

It is clear that you lak the basical knowledge in your effort. The silicon becoms very soon cold and rigid. This hinders you to applay it adecuatly and effortless on both surfaces. Shoes has to be flexible, but the mix of silicon and baking soda, becomes rigid, and this will definitely dameg your shows. A good glo has to be allmost liquid or creamy. I wish you good suceso.
