That would be awesome. There are some plugins out there that you can use to get a timer for Google Quiz. I can’t use them at my work as they’ve blocked all plugins.

I completely agree... that would be awesome! You should submit that to Google... they told me that they read every piece of feedback and the more feedback they get about a specific feature, the more likely it is to come to fruition!

Hi Max! Thank you so much! I answered those questions in the video... it differs slightly for each feature. But if you go back, I mentioned which plans they would be for and the approximate timeline (rolling out now, in the next few weeks, in the next few months, etc.)

Any chance of a video showing how we might incorporate building blocks and chips into the Teaching on the Double lesson planner? Is that even possible since it's Google Slides? Could it be revamped somehow to Google Docs?

Unfortunately the building blocks are only available in Google Docs so there isn't a way to connect it to Google Slides besides linking. But, you could always have a Google Doc with detailed plans and create a link to it in the Google Slides Teaching on the Double digital planner. Another option is to screenshot a template created in Google Docs and add it into Google Slides. We don't plan to create a Google Docs version of the planner because there would be no way to make it function the way it does in Google Slides.

I’ll probably be using the timer and the closed captions since I teach most periods in Spanish!!! I wish though they had the translate option in Google Slides!! If you know of a trick to translate Slides please share!!

You can submit the idea for the translation option in Google Slides as feedback to Google... someone from the EDU team told me they do in fact read every piece of feedback so it's worth submitting because the more submissions they get for a specific feature, the more likely they are to work on adding it!
