FER SURE!!! Vintage NGR RULES! So cool to see YOUNG Bela (with the pre-deering electric, no less) and the guys having fun. Great post.

Great tune to play. NFN. Still wonder how Bela choose that title.

@mikaPELL Also, Sam seems to be playing a four string electric resophonic mandolin. Gotta love the 80's!

What a gem this is, like a jazz tune you might hear Chet Atkins do. Not your traditional Bluegrass

A great tune to play too. Helps to develop the left hand dexterity.

@mikaPELL I think Bela has a pickup in his banjo. He's used Fishman pickups for many years.

@vcp430 Yes, I know that but he plays an electric banjo later in the clip (about 2:10) that I haven't seen before. Must be from his pre-Crossfire days.

I'm glad Bela outgrew the synthbanjo.

Bela picking a solid body electric banjo, Jerry playing lap steel and Sam playing slide on a what ? -an electric resonator mandolin ? weird but fun, yet I prefer the more conservative line-up.

What is that electric banjo? It sure sounds like an electric guitar. Cool clip - thanks for uploading!

Hmm, you don't know much about drums then ;-). It's all about the vibe and the feel.
