you are strong enough to kill with arcane wind, I go with 4 endwinter + 4 baron to do 50% extra damage and extend the CC 1 sec more, If I don't kill the target, anyone in my team will; If you play safe no problems, if you expose too much tempests, babas, saders and bks will target you

I think this build can be played with any resonance, goal is to provide support and not seek kills. So maybe lower reso can do it better, as their higher reso players stop the idol or push it.

I think wizards have been ninja nerfed again. I could cast meteor and arcane wind before even while moving but now it feels like I have to stop before casting the skill. Maybe Apollyon can check if this is indeed true. But it really feels weird casting spells now. The temPEST 😂 on the enemy team was not doing a good job at going to your teams backline. I have forgone CC or DPS builds because the temPEST on my server are toxic. They like to hunt wizards 😢.

Literally nub team, stop talking about stuff being broken or too OP, next week we get AGAIN wizard nerf. Secondly promoting something being "broken" or "too OP" in BRONZE league is ultimate cringe level. You play there with one offensive spell and walking like in peace of garden.

Guys i created new build using new essences and set items. Basicly you cann spam all skills all the time without cd For helm use Terminus fascade . Reduces all colldowns with each use For Chest piece use new essence Lissana sorow. Basicly turns every skill to freeze. The more chc the better For Pants use Apocalypse Root. 3 charges to meteor Shoulder Affinity Spiral. Meteor deals 66% more dmg to frozen enemies Main hand Ol Rustic increases attack speed and Fault in foundation lightning nova now randomly calls lightning strike at location. 2x charges For offhands use Frenetic Spark Lightning Nova cooldown reduced by 18.6 % Ebarin Visage Electrolute immobilize enemies on critical hits for 2 sec For set items use new 4x Endwinters and 4 x Feasting baron

As a 1k player w/ 2.7-3.5k secondary stats who’s always teamed in matches w/ 2-5k res players & so far I’m only able to use the chest piece w/ 4x new green set & it’s awesome. I use Frost, Snowstorm, Windcore & time & do hit and runs in matches & I got to say it’s awesome. If I’m lucky I’ll get a kill in & in other matches I get a lot, all depending on other teams secondary stats & amount of health. But I do average mid teens to 30’s in assists & b/c of my low res & health I stick to hit & run so I don’t die a lot & to keep death count if I’m offense low, so as to not hurt the team & cause us to lose. On defense I try to do the same b/c I’ve noticed when I die those small amount of seconds makes a difference in being able to help the team & getting that W. I do get a player or two once in a while asking what I’m doing but only b/c they don’t understand that ah I only have 1k res & 250k health in BG lol

I’ll add that I’ve noticed after the matches that when I check everyone’s stats that I’m like seriously the lowest in res from both teams, lol. I always scratch my head & laugh on how did I ever get put & stuck in these matches. All I can think of is yup my secondary stats are the main reason & I keep leveling them higher as time goes on. Hopefully some day I’ll be able to raise my res & have 2k res, some day, until then I’ll just keep dreaming of it “sigh”, lol.

So it increases damage to chilled and frozen enemies? How long do enemies stay frozen for tho? 1 sec tops am I right?

We can just keep freezing the enemies over and over and over again. So its quite powerful. Have two different freeze sources with two different duration. 2sec and 2.4sec.
