MA supreme court struck this style law down when MA legalized marijuana. The justices said marijuana cant be legal and illegal at the same time. Only a felony or equivalent punishment can make you a prohibited person. So no crime no punishment.

Not me of course... but I do know a guy who smokes weed and has carried a gun for 15 years. Before weed was legal in his state of residence. Strangely he also operated many large tow trucks safely over a 7 year period and worked with law enforcement, WHILE HIGH. Even more funny/strange.. when he took a combat pistol class he was actually invited by the instructor to join volunteer sherriff dept in the county of residence. So its pretty weird how one can smoke Marijuana and literally perform every task up to snuff. The more you know
