Extremely worst service … I took an appointment today with Loic who charges approx 10K for a haircut … I was okie with the charges …my appointment was at 6pm but I required a little time to reach due to heave traffic in western express so when I called the reception they said that I might get 15-20 minuites late the guy from the reception said that we will not be able to take you if you come after 6.15pm so I reached there within 6.20pm and they cancelled my appointment…I requested that I am coming from a long distance and I am just 5 minuites more than 6.15pm but they were extremely rude and informed me that they cannot give me an appointment …. They have got a lot of tantrums because he is a celebrity hair stylist …. But in that case they should not take any other appointment if he or she is not from Bollywood … so sad they discriminate and take their clients …
