I'm inspired by those who are resilient that fall and get back up to continue loving themselves and others. I'm mostly inspired by all the badass women around me starting with my mother, sister, nieces, and friends. They have overcome many hardships and they are loving and strong. My sister immigrated at 15 and my mother followed with me on her side. My single mother faught for her life from abuse and since then us three and now five with my nieces are inseparable. My relationship of 9 years recently ended and as I returned home feeling defeated after a painful betrayel they welcomed me with open arms and reminded me of my worth and assured this too shall pass. I'm full of gratitude for the amazing women I have in my life. I'm continuously inspired and admire women who empower others with their actions of love and strength. I have learned so much from you three amazing mujeres guerreras (warriors)!

Children inspires me, their innocence are so pure & raw. It is hard to get offended by their blunt comments and the so call rude & nosey questions that are usually asked by adults. I get amused instead. We have so much to learn from them even though we are the adults. I wish I can be a kid again. To be carefree, eat and play all day, enjoyed our parents presence when they were still young & strong. As an adult, it's a daily struggle putting a mask on to face the world, take on responsibilities, resist temptations & dealing with reality. Their laughs are genuine and contagious..... He gives my soul peace and my spirit Stillness. I suffered from depression for 2 years and I couldn’t even pray. My dog that I’ve owned since I was 16 inspires me. (I’m tuning 27 this yr) She was diagnosed with congestive heart failure 01/2018 after she turned 10 but still has the drive and happiness she’s always had being the little 4lb firecracker that she is. She’s the only family I have left and is my world. When I have crappy days, she gives me the strength to keep going like she does. 💕

Hi Sophia! Something that really inspires me are people's stories. Hearing about people's hardships, and their heartaches. The different colors that they have experienced in life. Visible or not. Everyone has a story, otherwise you wouldn't be who you are today. Everyone has experienced something beautiful in their life, and it's so cool to hear about it. Music also inspires me. My grandmother inspires me. I'm in Optometry school and graduating in a few months to be an eye doctor. My grandmother was only born with one eye that could see so she brought me to medical check-ups to make sure I was healthy. She's 91 one and just had cataract surgery on her one good eye and I'm so glad it went well! I watched your LASIK video and I'm glad your eye surgery went well for you too! Make sure you keep using artificial tears even if you're not feeling dry to keep the eyes lubricated and avoid future complications (sorry, just can't help giving optometry advice!) Anyway, I hope you're doing well, Sophie!

Hiii! I do the same when I return home from work travels. Feels good to organize it back and reset yourself back home. Speaking of resetting yourself and inspiration. I think just normal people I know or watch on KZbin, that can manage their careers, social life, family and adulting responsibilities inspires me. It motivates me especially when I’ve been working away from home, come back and have to find my niche again; to pick up from where left off and move it right along. My happiness is what inspires me, because it allows me to become the best version of myself whether that be in my relationships or my mental outlook on life moving forward. After getting back my MCAT score which left me with devastation for a while, I finally was able to take the time to reflect on how I can really improve myself the next time and figure out where it all went wrong. I was confused on whether or not I should continue with the path to become a doctor. After a lot of input from loved ones and self-contemplation, I found out that I have always known what made me the happiest despite everyone telling me otherwise. I followed my heart who has always known what made me felt the happiest and this continually empowers and inspires me to keep pushing forward as I know everything will be okay as long as I’m happy.
