This is not your typical boat tour. This was our detailed handoff when we first boarded our new Hallberg Rassy 44. Our friend and sales team member, Ludvig, introduces us to all the inner working or our new home the water.

In addition to the construction, the customer service after purchase has been impeccable.

good thing you recorded this. That's a lot of valves, breakers, disconnect switches, pumps etc to remember from one walk through. I hope detail locations are also in a manual too.

Agree completely. They do have five large binders with all the manuals and tactical drawings, but this is much better I think.

I would have gotten the dishwasher. Turns out it uses way less water and with the battery system you have electricity isn’t an issue. Beautiful boat

Thank you 😊 But then, where would Nicole store all the Tupperware, plastic wrap and aluminum foil?

A wonderful yacht. I do wonder whether a slightly smaller wheel is an option though, just to give a little more room to get around the cockpit.
@sailinghaldis3 күн бұрын
It needs this option but was not available. Easy to get after market I think

Enjoy your HR. Very similar with my 2002 oceanis 473 tecnical ideas and interior qualitye. I just prefer The Yanmar and not The Volvo. Nice boat!

Yeah they just dont build boats like they use too. I didnt see the keel bolts ?
@sailinghaldis4 күн бұрын
Unfortunately, you’re correct. The bolts are deep in the bilge and not super accessible I’m afraid. I do trust the hull. It’s extremely tough with modern glass layup. Bolts, flat hull.. I could do without. I’m currently about 2200 miles in my trip from the factory. I will be doing a deeper dive on some other aspects of this newer HR.
