Thanks for a good review. What is the sitting hight? in the website it says 58 cm which cant be true since it also says that it fits children up to 117 cm - my 4 year olds sitting high is 58, but she is only 104 cm high. I wont buy it if the sitting high is only 58, it is 68 in thule chariot, hamax outback and other trailers.

Sweet review. I've got a Trek Rail 5 as well, so my question is whether or not you needed to adapt the Hamax/Token rear axle for the towing hitch? I bought an MWave 12x1.0 148 rear axle and it it was 10mm too short. Wouldn't engage the threads or make it even so far as the UDH hanger. It looks like they've followed Thule with their design. Is it thinner in width than a twin Outback?

Hi EarlOfEasycore! It is 79cm wide, the Outback measures 72cms, so this is slightly wider. In regard to the first question about the axle, we're unsure why the MWave axle won't fit as it looks like it's designed to accommodate trailer hitches, the Breeze hitch isn't any wider than other brands. The particular axle you have purchased does accommodate 142mm and 148mm Boost so perhaps it hasn't been setup correctly for boost. Often you need to remove spacers to make the width increase. If that doesn't work, we do have an aftermarket Hamax Thru axle adapter available. Hope this helps.

@@BikeChainComAu ended up going with the Token adaptor that's jointly developed with Hamax. Used some spare washers I had in my garage to make up the spacing as I needed to for my different axle lengths. So it now works on all of my bikes (Nukeproof giga, Nukeproof Mega, Trek Rail and Remedy). Whilst they're all boost, the threaded lenght varies.

@@BikeChainComAu When I look at Hamax website it say that twin Outback is 86 cm and that one Outback is 72 cm. So the twin Breeze is 7 cm smaller then twin Outback.
