The side road on the left goes to a dead end. The "i wonder where that road goes" on the right goes up a steep hill to a house. However if you follow the tire tracks that go right at the top when it levels out, it goes up again to a clearing where you can turn your rig around and have a pretty good view looking west... especially if you stood in the bed of your truck. I love the bumper views you do. Truly really cool shots! I'm glad you did this one!

You have to be careful going up the hill past the house. The people that live their will stop you and be very aggressive and force you to leave, accuse you of stealing if you’re from out of state.People that live on north rd say they are in the wrong for stopping people(me).

@@101Ravens I've driven up to the house before. They are not fans of people driving up there to say the least.

@@101Ravens thats good to know. People that hike some of the trails in bear brook say the same thing... watch out for the tyvek covered shack. Whats up past the house? Is worth the trip?
@101Ravens2 жыл бұрын
@@zerolimitsoffroad6346 didnt make it past the house. the people up there stopped us with a front end loader and made us turn around. They were raging mad. To be fair its not on the NH dot GIS maps as a class VI but its clearly a road that goes. also curious if anyone has tried Chester turnpike at the very end/beginning of this road. it is gated.

@@101Ravens Chester Turnpike did not used to be gated. All access points I've come across are now gated.

i’d be careful doing it any time soon. almost made it the whole stretch today after tackling the “boulder” coming from dubes pond side. after the boulder there is a big tree in the middle of one of the “puddles”. i didn’t have any equipment to move it so i had to turn around. i was a bit bummed but overall had a great crawl through the woods! stay safe out there.
@user-uj3zk2cx8t Жыл бұрын
I wouldn't recommend to anyone going down any of the "side trails". A lot of the land off to the side is owned by someone who lives down one of the "side trails" but it is actually their driveway. And they do NOT like people driving down there. They will get confrontational with you. Just a word of caution.

Some long stretches of mud pitr. I suppose I would just gun it and hope I make it to the other side ...LOL Very nice... My wife and I have been tooling arounf Northern NJ, Deleware River looking for the same sort of trails. Wish you showed the aproach to that climb @ 9:38 Would've liked to see the drivers perspective. Clearly she got out to video it. I need to convince my SO that WE CAN DO IT :) Are you air'd down? I just noticed you're in a Nissan (w/ winch)... I drive a stock 4-dr Jeep Wrangler (sans winch) Thanks for sharing... Im Spartacvs

Where you come out at the intersection where if you head straight, there’s a house on you’re left.Right there is a locked gate, I believe it’s MWW since they own most of the property on the pond. Just so people are aware, it would suck to try to turn around with a bigger vehicle.

I've done this one a couple times this year. Deep water and lots of mud. A great class 6

Where is the entry and ending for this trail?
@NewHampshireClassVIRoads6 ай бұрын
EVand Me here are the directions to North Rd. Candia, NH. North Rd. - Candia, NH. From the intersection of NH Rte. 3 and NH Rte.27, in Hooksett, NH. Turn East onto Rte. 27 and go 0.28 miles to the intersection with NH Rte. 28B. Go straight staying on Rte. 27. Continue on NH Rte. 27 for 3.15 miles passing Dubes Pond on the left to Chester Turnpike. This is where you will return to after running North Rd. From Chester Turnpike, continue East on NH Rte. 27 for 1.48 miles, passing Charmingfare Farm on the right. Turn left onto Merrill Rd. Follow Merrill Rd. approx. 1.14 miles to the intersection with North Rd. Turn left onto North Rd. and proceed approximately 0.40 miles to the start of the Class 6 section of North Rd. The C6 section continues another 1.98 miles to its end at the intersection with Chester Turnpike. As you travel North Rd. you will pass an un-named road on the right at approximately 0.81 miles, and a second un-named road at 1.32 miles also on the right. To return to NH Rte. 27, turn left onto Chester Turnpike and go 1.0 miles to intersection with NH Rte. 27

Quick question. Do the roads close December 1 like for instance I know that the range roads in Pembroke say that they close December 1 to March 1 is that every class six road or is that just the ones that are marked? I know some of them turn into snowmobile trails. Does this mean that some of them are open until snowfall? Thank you very much, great video can’t wait to see More
@OSDCrusher2 жыл бұрын
The closed dates range from town to town
@zerolimitsoffroad63462 жыл бұрын
@@OSDCrusher yes. Absolutely. The rule I've used is if its not specifically posted on the signage, go with Dec 1 to March 1. If it specifically says a certain date, for example I think Epping is June 1, then we'll follow that.
