I have the worst luck it seems. I've ordered 4 separate Neca figures from them and never received any of them. The first order was over 7 months ago. I contacted them and they said they were sorry about the wait, and reassured me that I would receive updates the second they were shipped. Unfortunately I have yet to receive said updates. I dont want to bash them, I have seen plenty of people have positive experiences but I have struck out 4 times now.

bigbadtoystore.com has replaced ToysRUs, Walmart, and Target as the places collectors go to buy toys. Now if those stores sold imports they wouldn't be going out of business. In fact poor ToyRUS, the last dedicated toystore in america, had begun to sell great collectable like some awesome NECA Predators and Aliens. I even sawn an SH Figuarts The Dark Knight Batman for $40! But they filed for bankruptcy in America and shut down all their stores. What contributed to this was Star Wars began to sell to girls instead of longtime collectors and they never had their finger on the pulse of the changing demographic of people who bought toys. Now 5 year olds in Apple Stores get as excited as we did when our parents took us to toy stores. If they changed their business model to appeal to you and myself then that store would still exist in America!

its hard to supply hundreds or even thousands of shops all around big country as US are, and distribute goods evenly. that's where online shops are in advantage, I live in Europe, and when I order from BBTS something that is on discount, even with ridiculous prices for shipping I get it as cheep as I bought in some retail store in US.
