That correct foundation shade makes such a difference. I was amazed. This brand really has come along way. That first incarnation just did not work but now it’s such a lovely little brand. It gives you a youthful flush of color. I have the PT palette and it’s nice but agree it’s very “impactful” and I probably don’t reach for it as much bc of it. I like that these are buildable.

The thing about the Too Faced cloud blushes is the texture. The texture here makes all the difference. Those cloud blushes are kind of like a thicker veil like a piece of tape that lays over the skin. And that sounds negative but it’s not. It’s beautiful. This is much more like a fine gentle mist of powder. So the feel is entirely different even if the shades do indeed look a bit similar. Does that even make any sense?

I love the peach and watermelon on you. The pink is too cool, you look warmed tone, I am medium with yellow undertones, I have the Gucci rosy beige, which is too light for me. The pomelo peach might help combined with the Gucci, what do you think. Great video. TY!

I am fairly lucky in the fact that I have very neutral undertones so I can kind of go in either direction but I agree with you because I prefer warm I’ll think the peach combined with a Gucci would actually be lovely. What a great idea!

Somehow HL manages to create products that span across two opposing makeup styles in my household. My oldest daughter loves the very editorial, graphic types of looks and I am into more of no makeup makeup/soft glam style. We both use several products from her line and often it’s the same item, only used to compliment our preferences. I think that’s pretty amazing. Great video as always Rebecca! She makes it a point to be very inclusive and her make up as well. Not just shades but also, as you note, styles. This blush, for instance can be worn very gently for just a little wash of color or it could be extremely bold and editorial.

Hello Annie! The Mac product is a lot more of a subtle almost apricot peach shade and this Lady Gaga version is a much brighter almost more neon orange. Both beautiful but actually a little different. I would say the Haus Labs is actually a little bit warmer

Foundation shade is perfect. The lip shade you are wearing is super pretty. I’m going to check the description box. For a mature woman would you recommend cream or powder blush? I do have some small pores. I’m trying to decide between cream or powder.

With small pores, you’re fortunate enough to be able to choose either powder or cream. Sometimes when there’s too much glow it can make pores appear larger but that can happen to even the youngest!

I can’t wait to see the Tom Ford concealer review. I have this blush in Hibiscus and it’s gorgeous. I am tempted to get the Dragon Fruit after seeing your review. It is gorgeous and I love a pink cheek. I was surprised you didn’t look like Baby Jane after caking that color on but you really didn’t! I laughed at “Arnica”. When I hear Arnica, I always think of Amber Heard’s lawyer that kept saying Amica cream instead of Arnica!

Dear Rebecca, I did like the shades of blush you picked up although this is not a product that excites me a great deal. As long as I have a bit of colour with some highlighter, I'm easy pleased and a large selection of shades isn't for me. I have to ask you a question though. I realise that you like to 'set' your products with your hands after applying but I'm curious as to why you slide your blush down to your jawline after applying? (now, it could just be that your face is deeper in colour due to touching with your hands that shows up brighter on camera under the lights? Or maybe some of the blush does slide down when using the palms of your hands?) It's a nice feeling to make sure our products are set into place, yet when you set your blush and rub your hands down, your cheeks come across as if there is product down to your jawline. Don't be mad at me when I tell you that I sometimes watch your videos on my telly, (a lovely big head shot too!😉). So, I could be picking up extra colouring that isn't normally seen on a smaller sized screen. Hope you can help me work out what I'm seeing - redness of the skin from touching or some excess blush that has made its way south? Don't worry, I don't make it a habit to watch YT on the telly. I haven't been into Haus Labs and the last thing I need is yet another make-up brand to try. It doesn't really excite me that much to begin with, so I guess I'm out of the woods there. Don't laugh, but I was watching Adam Lambert do a make-up tutorial which them inspired me to look at eyebrow pencils. I need a darker shade than the one I've been using and tired of using eyeliner to darken up. So, another order is coming! Yes - another Burberry!🇦🇺💖🕊
