That looks much better! What a great find. The gear thing is now a white Philips screw for adjusting the headlamp beams, one for vertical the other for horizontal, but you knew that. Have fun!

Yes, that bumper cover can be fixed. I sure would, since the car is nice. I would remove those rubber moldings around the fenders, as well as that tape stripe, since those are both aftermarket. Love the car!

I agree, in addition the moldings can trap moisture and become a source of corrosion.
