Hello Grace :) I am really excited to try these new products by Hermes. Mine still haven't arrived. I don't know if it's the camera but I actually love how the complexion product looks on your skin. It gives you a gorgeous glow but I think maybe a shade deeper would have been better. When you applied the powder your complexion looked airbrushed. :) I can't wait for my order to arrive. xoxo

Thank you for investing in these products and giving your honest opinion about each. The white powder reminds me of the Tatcha loose powder that was released last year -and which got mixed reviews. It is radiant because it is white - but it is matte. I would personally use it wherever I want matte highlighting - like jawline, chin, along the edges of my under eyes, brow bone, etc. I hope you will find a way to use these and be happy with them. Hello Grace. I would use a cream blush and then go with the powder. You can always apply powder blush on top. Bu don’t know why I think it would work better. XO.

I think it looks pretty on you. I’ve seen it applied with a brush and thought it went on nicer that way. I plan to purchase but use as a quick tinted sunscreen for days when I’m just running a few errands and want a light makeup look.

Sorry, Grace, I don't want to be rude, but this very expensive Hermes balm looks like sun cream. One tinted moisturiser with a high SPF is the Nars one. It is brilliant and has high pigmentation. It also provides good UVA cover, something like +++.

Do you have any of the Koh Gen Do pressed powders? Might be an interesting comparison, though the Blurring Beige shade might be more your shade rather than the pinkier shades.

It’s a pretty look and I smile whenever I see a Chantecaille eyeshadow being used. They’re almost always perfect. I recently purchased the Chantecaille tinted moisturizer with sunscreen and was surprised by the amount of coverage and how pretty it was once it settled. How would you compare the Hermès’ coverage versus Chantecaille? Neither Hermes powder appeals to me, I think I prefer the Sisley, Chantecaille and Cle de Peau powders. 💕 thank you! Yes! As you know I adore Chantecaille as well! I think it has a lot to do with their approach & intentionality with each product. Chantecaille’s tinted moisturizer is amongst the best of the best out there - so these two aren’t even in the same game 🌟 I’d definitely stick to the Sisley, Chantecaille & CdP powders - those are all amazing & next level. More testing to come on this Hermes powder 🙌🏼

When they came out the Hermès lipsticks did not get great reviews on KZbin while Lisa Eldridge and Natasha Denona and some other lines and products are adored. With Hermès as well, they just brought out a lipstick that I think would look good on me but there are no refills of that color and I'm not buying it; where I live it's still face masks anyway. So, I think Hermès is a makeup line where it pays to think twice and not buy.

🌟Agree - Hermes seems to be hit and miss so far. I do love the lip in 21 and the blushes that I have, but I expected more with these products I picked up. I'll keep testing them out to see how they do over several uses 🌸

There are some brands that I really want to be wowed by and yet...am always disapointed when I use them. Hermes is one of those brands. THank you for an honest review and for reminding that these are a pass once again. WIthout a doubt, Chantecaille is a far superior line compared to Hermes (IMHO). As always, the final look is beautiful.

These Hermes Cosmetics don't appear to be any greater than other ranges yet they feel they can charge such exorbitant prices. I'm yet to find a stockist in Australia yet if I want one lipstick from either Selfridges or Nordstrom's, the price will be between US$116-$130! As pretty as these shades are, unless you've got the finances to not care about cost, I'd rather be purchasing a YSL Couture Clutch Palette for US$120- or less when reduced. From this video, I do not see why anyone should have to go to extra effect and cost to purchase a product that should be performing wonders without having to correct it's failures. I accept that higher prices often are required for the best quality but these products are not looking anything like the best quality to myself.

The Complexion Balm hmmm - i agree with you disappointing to me it looked waxy your beautiful face, and dare i say a drugstore sunscreen. Normally you can pull any 'contrary' products together. A bit of a rip off me thinks. Always love your videos i watch every single on, this one is the first 'no no' not you dear lady the products! 😁

😄Waxy is a good description. It's like a film was on my skin and then dried on top, kind of pulling on my skin. I tried it again today on just half my face, and the side without the balm looked smoother while the side with the balm grabbed onto the skin and showed off the texture. I don't know if I've tried a product like this before. I do often find ways to work with products that aren't the easiest to work with - but this one is a challenge. 'll keep trying ❤️

Sadly - I am beginning to wonder if that might be the case. I feel like they shouldn't have any pressure to put things on the market that aren't phenomenal. They already have such an impeccable reputation in the world of fashion. I do love their lip in 21 and the blushes are lovely ❤️
