i hate Novaria's first skill. as you cast, the sphere takes time to drop. if you're aiming at the enemy hero, the enemy has gone far from escaping before the sphere drops, although from the first cast, it deals already damage but the aoe of the sphere takes delay.

I"ve played her since her first release, and I have to say her ultimate is freaking annoying, it's hard to ambush in late game, and the sudden slowing down too. You know vision is freaking important, especially on high rank. So I feel hilarious when anyone complain about her ultimate

I think not, 1.) she has a really long skill cooldown which is the problem since she is a skill caster. 2.) Her skills are not for jungling more on supporting, so it's better if she's a mage maybe even a support. 3.) She'll be easily to get gank and get harassed by enemies. 4.) Low mobility, she do has a skill that can make her pass thru walls but the other skills are just for checking the bush or exposing the enemies, thus making her a support/mage hero.
