His passive is literally the better version of Terizla. Suyou needs atk items to make him tanky and its upto 40% which is same as old terizla on low hp. Meanwhile Terizla have to be low on hp to recieve 35% dmg reduction. Very balancing indeed. (Rip terizla)

One thing to note is that currently his skill 3 is considered an ult as it activates temporal reign, it provides faster cooldown which helps him since as stated he can't benefit from cd reduction, probably a bug

I think the 20 phys. attack = 1% dmg reduction is too much since Inspire talent exists. Make his skills 25 phys. attack = 0.75% dmg reduction so its balanced in immortal form. Also, reduce the physical attack scaling at the late game because holy, the damage with sky piercer is too big. But i guess the balance will be the more heal on 2nd skill and 3rd skill.

The broken thing about his guy is that he can even go roamer. Just build like 2 attack items with CDR, then follow the rest with defensive items that has CDR. A hybrid build that has dmg and sustain, plus the capability to make him more tanky.

Tbh theres no point in using the tap version of his skills. There has to be more pros and cons for both of his skills because right now his hold skills are broken as hell with low cd. So spamming that is the better option. Only heavy cc truly counters him also ( you need 2 cc heroes to atleast counter him in a teamfight). Suggestion is to nerf the charge time of 1st and 3rd skill and nerf the dmg of 1st greatly and 3rd skill slightly. Also nerf his terizla like passive and cdr conversion. Its just too good. Another nerf is to nerf the spell vamp/heal you get from 2nd skill. (Like the old cyclops nerf to his 2nd skill).

Suyou seems to be more like a fighter rather than an assassin, his kit has dmg reduction, aoe and some sort of self sustain. Basically a fighter, in my opinion an assassin is a single target high dps hero that can kill any role when built right. Suyou is borderline assassin however a better role to give Suyou is fighter/assassin (fighter goes first).

The concept is definitely something to look out for. The practicality says otherwise. As an xp laner, he honestly sucks. Yes, he has 1 escape skill, 1 poke skill and 1 skill that probably allows him to sustain, but he relies heavily on items. A decent xp laner should be strong in the early game even without items. What just a boodlust axe can do for a Paquito or Ruby, he needs that plus 2 more items to even think about engaging. As a jungler, very good. A passive that gives him an easier time to rotate, low cd skills, and he has good snowball potential. I wouldn't use him as a roamer. Damage roamers are a thing because they can 1 shot squishies in the early game. His early sucks, so the only thing you could do is just add some chip damage. Also, his 1 cc skill is barely 0.5 secs and Im not even sure if its aoe. Maybe can shine as a goldlaner? He has a poke and escape skill, good late game, he needs items regardless. Harith but without the dashes and shield.
