Maybe a dumb question: There are three collums for every new hero talent tree. Do you choose one of the three collums or do you have everything (except of choice nodes) aktive at lvl 70?

At level 71, you pick your hero talent tree and get the first node for free. By level 80, you will unlock every node in the tree.

If quarrels for PI allocation are already epic, the new Oracle mechanic is going to be a nightmare. Anyway, first and foremost, they should change the name to Archobisp, which is iconic for priests. Regarding the tree itself, although it makes sense (for them) to move priests towards a more 'support' approach, I do not think is the right one, and I'm not happy with it. The way to choose the buff will stress priests to hellish levels, as it is easy to miss and put the wrong buff, specially if its a moment which require attention to mechanics. I also find the tree more powerful for Disc than for Holy.

Dalaran is always so positive. A good thing generally, but better when combined with critical thinking. Cause lets be honest, these talents are underwhelming as fck. It doesnt get me excited anyways.

Dark Ranger is terrible. It's imbalanced between MM and BM, contributes to button bloat, and mostly provides ability resets that are already often capped. It needs to go back to the drawing board.
