Same here with bwking54. Trying to replace the spring, but with great difficulty. Would it help to remover the bolt that goes thru the frame the spring attaches to first? If so, then how do your stretch the spring to get the bolt back in place. You mentioned the spring has a lot of tension. You got that right! Plus not the best design to work on. We have a 565 baler and absolutely no room inside the housing frame to work tools or hands to get spring back in place. Hope you can help.
