Yes! Lovely tree and I must say you look really cute in that pyjamas. Most of all I love that you have a place to call home again. I even told my husband about it, when you had that temporary solution at your friends house. He asked about you the other day and if you found something. Glad you did! I don't know if you plan to stay there long term or not. Maybe you told us already and I missed it. It's a home and I look forward seeing when you style, organise and decorate it. Love the way you still make videos in the midst of working, unpacking and even doing collab with Lilly Silk....everytime I need to get to do even the tiniest thing around....i try to look up at what are you upto and draw motivation...sometimes binge watching...hehe...also love the Christmas pieces you have on hand....over in India the quality of the Christmas tree and decoration over the years have deteriorated ( break easily/fall apart, lose their strings) they older ones are best....even the string lights these days don't work from one year to the next....but I guess that's what businesses want....spend more on each item..... Once again, Aniess, you show us it's not what you've got, but what you do with it. We regulars have seen you in homes large and small, luxurious and not so much; fabulous view, no view, etc, etc. Every time, you make each place a real welcoming, stylish HOME - don't look like rentals at all. Although this apartment might not have been your ideal choice, but what you were able to (gratefully) get, given the housing crisis, I imagine the rent is a lot less and you will thus be able to save even more $$ towards (eventually) buying a home! Woozle used to hide behind the cushions too, just like Freedy (when she was young and agile enough to jump up on the sofas, that is. He's successfully adapted to so many homes too! And anywhere with a Freddy (or a Woozle, or any pet) makes a house a home!

It's a third less a week than what the old apartment increased to -just crazy prices for the tiniest apartments anywhere near the city now!!!

The covers are pretty easy to remove and they go staright in the wash - we also use throw blankets to keep any crumbs off if there's ever snacks on the sofa xxx

I just knew you would be set up and ready having made your new rental a home again for you and boys and Freddie ! So relieved for you.Having lost our business 12 years ago and our home etc we have been in 4 rentals and I’m coming up 71! With no piece of mind we still have to work to pay the rest and only on yearly lease. So never know. But like you I have to make it our home as soon as poss.happy to see you just keep on keeping on as we just have too.( annaleise we lived above a friends garage for 12 months in a room!)happy Xmas and a battle 2023 for us all👋👋👏👏👏💕💕💕love from England

It's just crazy what is going on here in the property market - interest rates keep going up further which may mean it will be easier to buy something next year with some investors and owners deciding to sell up with rising costs - fingers crossed as I don't want to be renting after this lease ends for sure!!!

Just a new bed as I gave my King gas lift storage bed to my girlfriends daughter and downsized to Queen ….just need to get a mattress now and stop sleeping on the sofa 😅♥️😴

They are pretty true to size and have really good size charts for every item but if in doubt I’d say size up I picked medium for the pjs and AU size 10 equal for the black tip - the bra tops are all one size fits most ♥️

Thanks so much - our rent increased a crazy $105 per week for our old apartment so we were pretty much forced to move out - then couldn't find a rental due to a crazy property crisis that doesn't seem to be ever ending!!! Thankfully we found this little rental and took a 15 month lease - by the end of this lease I want to have bought a home for us!!!
