In case anyone is wondering if the M12 hack is still good, my TTI rep said it will be good through the weekend. I ended up getting the 2 pack of 3.0 batteries for $35 yesterday, so I hope everyone is able to take advantage of it before it ends. The $79 2 pack of 3.0 batteries will go back up to $129 on Monday.

@@toolhead147 Just thought I'd share what I was told because I saw some people asking about it here. This might sound crazy, but I really like using my old (brushed) M12 combo for light duty tasks where I don't want or need a lot of power. I was buying something else at Home Depot yesterday, but couldn't pass up the 2 pack of 3.0 batteries when the rep told me there were only a couple of days left on the deal.

I picked up two of the 3.0 battery deals with the 5.0 yesterday. Picked up the drill and driver kit for the $179 and got the free 5.0 but returned it and got the drill and driver kit for roughly $122 after tax. Definitely a smoking deal and I didn't even need the drill or driver since I already have them but for that price I'll put it on the shelf for when I do need it.

@DiligentDave1966 Definitely not but I'm close to having too many batteries. I have 24 M18 batteries mostly all High Output and Forge and now after this run I have 29 M12 batteries. I have like 60 Milwaukee tools for all different types of jobs. Some are still in the boxes but when I need it I'll have it! I wish I could post a pic I have packout plates with all of the battery holders mounted on the back wall of my work bench it's getting to be too much to keep them all charged.

@@scrumdiddlyumptious73 I'm a DIYer, so I'm on multiple platforms due to the budget friendliness of going that route. My problem is creating space for my chargers. Thankfully, I usually don't have to charge multiple batteries at once. I'm thinking about making a redneck multi-charger holder out of a 2X4 and some OSB, though.

@ Double check your receipt because each item should have a separate return value. If so, they should allow you to return whichever one you choose. Go to a different store if you have to. I've been doing these hacks for over a year now with zero issues.
