My drive is slopped opposite and their seat has a slant forward. It will never affect them. The ditch beside the house done right. And behind like I shared will be stepped off and slanted backward. They shouldn’t get anything from there either

Have you considered buying a 360 degree laser level? Would make the layout and foundation build easier.

I have one but they don’t work well outside. So I use my tape. It works well inside. But I avoid it outside. At least the one I have.

They make an attachment that fits your hammer-drill to drive ground rods.

About the same as Asheville NC but not quite as bad. Mostly water damage here without tap water. Pier in most areas here still working. Asheville has more power alongside their roadways which many were near creeks and rivers which are now gone.
