Gees! Nice homes but real stingy on land space. Looks like a car can barely fit between the houses they are so close. That means my neighbor can hear my alarm clock.

That's gotten to be the norm for many new home communities, I'm afraid. Land prices have risen along with everything else, so having smaller lots allows the builder to keep the homes more affordable.
