Home prices have really risen around okc area since covid hit. But also there is a healthy amount of building retail, office, residential taking place when you look around . The "City" is definitely growing currently which will create lots of opportunities.

Nice video. I own a home in central Florida and it's getting really expensive here. Think additional hurricane assessments - Just got a $1700 suprise for 2023. It's not that I cannot afford it... It's quality of life, space, etc. I am researching the OKC market and it looks to have a lot of boxes checked.

Can you tell me what closing costs are like?
@livinginoklahomacityofficial Жыл бұрын
Hi there! It really depends on the home price, the type of lending (to determine down payment), and what promotions are available for that home. Some closing cost credits are available in most Home Creations neighborhoods, but how much will depend on the buyers timeframe. Feel free to shoot me a text or give me a call tomorrow, and we can discuss if it makes sense for you! 405-922-4939

We love all people but please don't move here and start voting for the same God Damned bullshit that made you want to move here.... don't be another fucking locust. You guys are already starting to fuck up Texas.

300K!? OMG! I cried like a little baby when I bought our home in western OKC for $88.5K in 1998. I thought I had paid 20K too much. Now I look at prices homes (new and used) are selling for in my area and I want to know where are all the great paying jobs to pay the lofty prices of 2023. Over the years, OKC has lost Firestone, GMC, and Lucent. We have brought in .....maybe, Canoo. But, I am just a dinosaur from the past, I'll go back to my tar pit and roar later.
