I happen to be Swedish, so I know I'm biased, but the audience was literally booing when Loreen got her 12-point votes! Is that the way a loving, compassionate community acts? Fuck no!

Part of me wants to know who’s the brand because I don’t want to support bad behaviours from brand. But I mostly respect your approach on the matter. To see such a mature, level-headed and thoughtful person makes me respect you even more (we are nearing pure worshipping at this point 😂). Also, that citrus palette is sexy to me. Partly because I love citrus I guess 😂. I’ll keep it on my radar, but my budget is going towards the unearthly and Heather collab collection 🤷‍♀️ And maybe the singe sale 😅 I need more of those brushes.

I think this is a good video concept especially when there is a lot of new palettes coming to the market at once. I think in those months when the releases are slow, having a dedicated video to a palette is always very nice. However I feel that during the past month we been floored with indie palette launches, so with limited amount of money to spend (and only two eyes to wear eyeshadow on) I just like to get quick overview of the new stuff in order to make my own purchasing decision. 🤗

You’re a classy lady! I, too, want to know which brand it is. But your class outshines! Very respectable to not gossip about them and maybe unduly influence others to ban them. My fave is the Citrus palette. Eventually, I’ll pick it up for myself. Have to pace the spending. I’ll also be trying Bella Beaute Bar for the first time this year. I have money set aside for the Angles of Illumination 3 palette when it restocks.

I'm _so_ incredibly tempted by the Citrus Punch palette. It would actually fill a hole in my palette collection. I'm tremendously pink-toned and have to be choosy with my oranges and I just feel like I could make this palette work well for me with the pinky oranges that are included.

Sorry to enable but I have the Citrus Punch, broke my rule of not buying palettes with more than a couple of warm tones , and it worked very well on my light, supercool skin, for three reasons: 1. Your reason: yes, there are a lot of pink and coral- leaning colors that are not super orange or yellow. 2. They are all hot i.e. vibrant warm colors, and as a highest-contrast cool skintone [some people call us Bright Winters ], vivid intensity in color is equally , sometimes even MORE, important to cool temperature in a color looking good on us. I caution Summer skintones (cool but muted/low in contrast) from an all-hot palette like this as it has two strikes, against both your temperature and intensity . 3. My eyes are a medium brown. I limit the very warmest yellows and oranges to just above my irises, where they complement my eye color, but restrict colors in the creases to the least warm of the colors in the palette. I've been a fan of Simply Posh' since their first palette and they ship super quickly within the US, even for big launches like this palette ! I got it in less than 7 calendar days which included 3 weekend days!

When you do your transition between palettes and then you show swatches on your arm… The music that you play kind of reminds me of Spyro the dragon from PlayStation. I could be completely wrong because I no longer have that game and I can’t play it… But it just brings me back to a time where that sort of music or pattern of music was played and I just think it’s adorable. People are probably thinking that I’m bat crap crazy at this point but it’s OK.

Honestly I love when palettes, especially indie palettes (those that sell those amazing shadows) have an all multi chrome/shimmer palette. Like I don't want to pay for mattes, when I could rather get more beautiful shimmers. But that's probably because I have at least 50 palettes, and in those I have all the mattes I need🙃😏

If Ricardo loves blood orange, you should check out the Blood Orange Pudding Cake from Claire Saffitz. I made it for my boyfriend's birthday and it was so good. I bake a lot, so I didn't find the recipe difficult, but I think it was more work than a typical recipe. However, she does a really good job explaining everything.

My fave look is with Glossgods. The drama, colour and complexity of that look is so special. But true hero for me is their bronzer - that shade is like your tan? At least from what I see in the video. What a beautiful undertone. Swatches are so tricky to make and capture in their true form - most importantly they will never look like they are supposed to look like on the eyes (where the product is supposed to go.. duh) - few brands do eye swatches and even fewer KZbinrs do eye swatches (and for good reason). I love the gloss gods formula! Even bright vintage glam on my trip to the Bahamas. I just got the BBB Smokey glam as well and I think it could be an everyday palette with almost any neutral I’ll need. I’m really sad that you had a bad experience with a brand but I’m glad you featured gloss gods again. I really hope it wasn’t Adept or Nomad 🥰❤️

Had the same experience with the Citrus Punch palette, but I strangely enough have different shadows that were hard pressed. Both of my oranges are fine, it's the yellows I struggle to pick up. Same shimmers though 😅 another thing to note... Lemon shows up as an reddish orange on my skin tone/foundation.

I *adore* blood orange!* Whenever they're in season I buy a pound or two, eat a few and then make a quick "saft" of the rest. Squeeze the juice, peel the rind, boil for a few minutes and chill for a bit with ice. Because if there's anything we excel at, it's chilling, right? My older sister doesn't agree, and favours that yellow stuff made from concentrate, but she only listens to death metal and is 56, so would *you* trust her opinion? Ok, you should. She's a silversmith, a textile historian and gets paid to dress up as a female Viking warrior at the Stockholm museum of history. And a master embroiderer! What do *I* do? Post hopefully non offensive stuff on social and hope I don't regret it when I wake up the next day. It's ok, though. As long as I'm not hurting anyone's feelings, at least I help with the creator in question's logarithm.❤

I think a better version of that pastel palette is give me glow pastel dreams. I grab that palette every time i work any other palette.
