If those are extension cords on the ground, at that second barn, BE CAREFUL. Make sure there is no power to them and get them off that wet ground. I have a friend whose son was killed by a similar situation. I don’t want that to happen to you two❤️

@@jebVlogs556 it was. We miss him terribly. He was my daughter’s first love. She text me today and sent pictures of the last birthday card he gave her. He’s been gone 15 years. 😭. My heart aches for her because I know how much she loves him. They would have been so happy. Electrocution is an agonizing death. To know what he went through, I gasped when I saw those extension cords. Lord I pray they get them up. 🙏🏼❤️

@@Worldwidekennels yes. Very. 2006 was a terrible year for Jeremy’s family. He died in May and then his parents had a terrible motorcycle accident in November 😭. His father has came a long way. He is lucky to be alive but he will never be the same. He was in a coma for months. When he woke up, he had to be told Jeremy had died because he had forgot. He has came a long way but he has the mentality of a 12 year old. He has OCD very badly and it affects different things he gets obsessed with. Sometimes he is obsessed with nuts and bolts and he constantly counts them. It varies. He goes from one thing to another. Jeremy’s parents were highschool sweethearts. They had been married over 25 years when their world was turned into a nightmare. Jeremy’s father was the bread winner with a very good job. Jeremy’s mother’s life was taking care of her two boys and being a housewife. Jeremy’s father took care of everything. She told me, after Jeremy’s father came home, that she had lost her husband too. Jeremy’s older brother became an alcoholic after all the tragedy they went through. It nearly killed him. Their world was turned upside down and he couldn’t cope. Luckily, within the last 3 years, Eric has worked his way back to happiness. His wife never left him. They weathered the nightmare together. During all of it, they became parents to three boys. The middle one is so much like Jeremy. Jeremy’s family is a close knit loving family you can’t help but love after meeting them. They still call my daughter, Marcie, Sparky. They love her as dearly as we love them. 😭❤️

Philadelphia checking in. My anxiety was kicking in when they were around the pool. I so bad want to take a pressure washer to every horse stall n that concrete. Maybe it was just the lighting. They should have gave you more than a $5,000 credit on that pool. But the house is beautiful. Remember don't try and do too much. Take your time and don't get hurt. Also remember to enjoy your property. Congrats again.

Oh I can’t wait to see the new digs, welcome to the DMV ladies...there should be a land survey document at the courthouse or the recorder of deeds that will show you your property boundaries. If it isn’t staked out you’ll have to have a surveyor do that for you.

Personal experience: Make the pool a concrete and salt water, and do not put a pool cover on it. I lost a dog bc he fell through the cover and drowned. AND put a fence around it.

I say get a surveyor out there and hire a gardening company to come clear the land, a pool person to clean up the pool and make sure there's no cracks....so much to do! But it's all yours!
