A Jack and Jill bathroom is a bathroom shared by 2 rooms. It's a walk through between the 2 bedrooms. What you have/had is a double sink vanity. just fyi - the more you know.

If you’re renting with the option to buy, why would you change anything original to the home until it’s officially YOUR house? Did you okay any of that with the home owners? Did things change as far as you renting versus buying? I just don’t want you to annoy the homeowner and ruin your chances of actually buying it.
