I had a condo In Chicago on the 25th floor We had a kitchen fire the kitchen was near the front door, Thank God We caught it in time with no other way out .... Not good ! Those stairs are pretty. You could use the guest bedroom for a room for like KZbin. Basically a studio room. Where does the stairs go? &’ before you get a roommate make sure you interview them. A lot are dangerous. The nothing door is a water heater. You could put some stools in front of the kitchen.
