Can I ask what is the best recommended house in HV??? I wanna know cux I'm planning to get a better house and upgrade it to extreme quality-

In my opinion the tudor house is the best. It is pretty much the same as the contemporary house in terms of size but design wise, tudor house has more rooms and in my opinion was prettier. Although only contemporary house has the beautiful roofdeck design but the price of tudor house which is 40k compared to 70k of contemporary is the total ice breaker between the two. Anyway both houses give you a spacious outdoor area that you can design according to your likings. The American Craftsman house, it is the most spacious house in the game it has 6 rooms but its size is exactly the reason why your outdoor space is limited plus it is worth 120k and was too expensive for some players. So it depends on which aspect bears the most for you, is it the house design? indoor space? outdoor space?or value? Good luck choosing! But i bet if you stay in the game for long you'll end up getting all houses for you 😅

I've done it before when we only have one ranch and i was able to keep my garden and fences after selling the house but now im not sure anymore although i think now that we can save multiple ranches once you sell one of your ranch everything will go since you're not selling just the house but the ranch

All Gen. 10 are worthy i believe. But i'm pretty sure yours is not bred as gen 10's aren't breedable and it being Anda - Fri crossbreed makes it more valuable as it is one of the crowd's favorites for sure a lot of people would love to offer for it if ever you put it up for trade.

There came up a text that said something about 60k, but I didn’t have time to read it! There was a chests bug before- where nothing happened when you try to open the tack chests and sometimes you get charged double if you keep on pressing it. you are probably one of the people who got affected by that bug as they gave refunds to everyone affected.
