Facebook don't provide any way to delete all messages hence its extremely difficult to delete all facebook messages in one go. So the trick that i have told you will help you in delete all messages & selecting all messages to delete.
Steps to delete FB messages:
1. Install Yandex Browser in phone
2. Go to Facebook Website
3. Request Desktop version
4. Open new tab and download the facbook extension.
5. Now go back to facebook website
6. Now go to options with extensions
7. Facebook will now have 1 option with Green button
8. This is enable you to delete all facebook messages at once.
