To be very honest, over the past few years I have seen an influx of youtubers educating people people on procedure of obtaining and hunting tier 2 jobs, however only a fraction of those people actually obtained it themselves. This lady has shared a linear route for application and providing some info on securing a sponsored job though she herself accompanied her spouse as told by her in one of her videos...very strange

If you are confident in your skills that they hold superior hand to other applicants, then you can definitely go. If you are not confident and want to just go there for money then don't. Believe in your skillset and try to improvise it with your masters. You will have a lot of resources that help you build up on your skills. Make sure you utilise them to the full

Graphic designers are on the shortage occupation list which is good news for you. I don't see too many openings pop up though, but when they do, apply right away.

Just need some points to be cleared from you please, I am Nursery Assistant with job occupation code= 6111 with STANDARD RATE= 30,300 and Lower Rate= 23,200 and employer is willing to give COS, my annual wage is 24,000 I am confused whether i am eligible for the COS or not because standard and lower rate is mentioned there and still confused now, i have a dependent too
