Um just train with whis and drink his divine water. Supreme divine water I think it's called that you get after defeating whis at recommended lvl200. Drink these and u'll level up to 300 much faster. One of those gives you 1500000 exp.

It's rng. It's usually found in Blake Bog and the Cell Games Arena map. You just have to keep flying in the air until you see one. You should look for it after completing the base game story

I found out that if you Have the Beerus DLC and beat him, you get some water. You can use that to level up your Characters to 300
