I own this car. It's true that the rear comes down if loaded fully. But there is no problem . It's moving easily even with loaded rear not hitting the speed breakers or potholes. So don't think it's an issue.

Designwise, Hyundai has done a good job in the Front for Exter. But the rear looks very ugly. Just like the rear look of Maruti Swift with an oversized grill like design with Hyundai logo. Totally disappointing rear side.
