Your 0-100 times could be improved by shifting at the right time, not like at 5 6k rpm. Use the redline.

Joe has a habit of never using the redline lol. In most of his videos, he tend to shift way before the redline (like 4-5k RPM). Even in a Miata. Not sure why tbh.

you shouldn't rest your hand on the shifter that often , it is bad for your gear selector forks.

A small request..Please don't wear seatbelt as soon as you start the car...Take some time..Let the car play the seatbelt chimes..And then wear the seatbelt..There are many chime enthusiasts like me who wants to listen to the chime sounds of cars..Take the example of Milesperhr or Winding road magazine who doesn't wear seatbelt as soon as they start the car..They take some time and after the chime stops they wear seatbelt..Hope you do the same..
