Давно использую эту микросхему как зарядное устройство. Но она используется ещё и как индикатор заряда аккумулятора, если подключить аккумулятор, а питание 5 вольт не подавать, то она покажет сколько осталось заряда, этими же светодиодами.

You should NEVER use this type of charger or similar. Lithium battery is a dangerous battery. Buy a proper charger. After you have bought the PCB and all components and paid postage, this is an expensive charger. Cheaper to buy a good ready-made card.

Но очень большой процент брака, до 50%... Покупаю партии по 20 ШТ и половину в мусорку, по спору возвращаю деньги... Я собрал тестер для них и сначало проверяю их, а потом использую. Схема тестера такая же, как и сама схема.
