So I’ve tried very nearly all of their scents, and I’ll tell you this about Violet Disguise - it’s not what you expect. It is one of their heavier scents for sure, full of plum and dried fruits, plus that dusty scent that I so often get from the brand. I would love to see you review more from them, as I really love them (and Josh, he’s so great!) and I think your take on a lot of their scents would be super interesting. I just got my sample of O, Unknown yesterday and this made me extra excited to try it!

Kate oh cool it sounds great! Dusty is a great way to describe the drydown I have smelled in the 6 I have tried.

Just got a sample... this smells like the sound hole of a guitar that I need to own!! I love smelling acoustic guitars. So I think you may be correct about that secret ?? scent. Got to save up for a full bottle now!

Thanks dude. Yeah they are pretty cool aren't they? I enjoyed Memoirs too. I really hope that now I'm on Josh's radar I'll be lucky enough to try new things when they come out, same way Zoologist does with me hehe.

Hello Thomas! Do you pick any smoky notes? Lapsang Souchong is a smoked black tea where the smoky aspect is really prominent.

Alessandro Baldoni I don’t. I think if you snifffed really hard and deep you would feel a whisper, it’s just very airy and light at first. It smells very pure and papery (I know that sounds weird) haha

It's funny, but your the only one who mentions the smell of paper.. I get that too. I like this one, but it only lasts a few hours on my skin, fades quickly, and it's gone completely !!
